[Fox_Tango] Need advice re no output on FT-101

Hello:  I am new to the list.  I have a FT-101, serial number below =
25,000.  I go this rig new in the box about 5 years ago and have not =
used it much.  Somebody actually bought it when it was new and never =
opened it, and then traded it into Henry Amps in California and I bought =
it from one of the workers there.=20

Anyway, I had used the rig before with no problems, but I had not used =
it for about a year or so, and set it up and turned it on and the =
receive works great.  I then turned on the Heater switch and the tubes =
did not light up nor did I get any signs of life from them.On IC the =
meter shows no sign of life.  Obviously, without the tubes lighting up, =
I was not surprised.    Thinking that I had fried the tubes in the past, =
although I could not remember doing that, I ordered new tubes and put =
them in.  I flipped the switch and still no life. =20

The relay works but there is no signs of life to the tubes. .  Before I =
send it away to be looked at, any ideas? =20
