Looking for some advice on restoring my newly aquired yaesu ft707, anyone
advise whats best to use to generaly clean up the front facia,the plastic
display window,also the top and bottom covers could do with being worked on
, whats best ?? strip down and repaint or repaint only, any paint colour
matches to the original yaesu colour ??one other question regarding the
outgoing audio, using the original yaesu hand michrophone, any improvements
by using one off the "HEIL" michrophone inserts in this michrophone ?? or
maybe trying the "DATONG" automatic speech clipper ??
