I purchased a used 144 MHz to 28 MHz xvtr years ago fm a local ham in So Calif  & never used it so can’t say how well it works.  Not sure who made it.  Inside, the main PCB says DEMI so I’m thinking it was Down East Microwave.  There also is a apolLO-VHF Rev A PCB in it which is a programmable synthesizer with a 10 MHz reference oscillator.  Labeling on the back says 1.62 dB NF, 19.2 dB conversion gain, 180 mW MAX (presumably input power).  It has a October 2003 date on it.  I hv SSB xvtrs so no need for it & don’t hv my 2m antennas up yet so can’t check it out.

Also hv two brand new powder coated semi-gloss black rack panels.  Both are 19” wide.  One is 7” high & the other is 1.75” high.  Decided I didn’t need them. Just paid $75 + shipping for them fm LMB Heeger at https://lmbheeger.com/semi-glossblack-3.aspx   Asking $50 (still hv LMB’s shipping pkg).
