15-pin to 11-pin cable assembly may be for Heath DC PS to Ham rig
11-pin to 11-pin maybe for PS to rig?
Modified rectangular shell was a start to creating a 12-pin connector 
for a Yaesu FT-901 (you could cut down the 15-pin connector for that).
Other connectors for unknown rigs.
