I was fortunate to stumble across a local guy with a neat set of 1930's ham gear--which is my primary interest. I spent way more than my pocketbook can bear. So I have a lot of stuff here that has to go to pay the bill. I don;t have a space at Dayton but I will be there and can deliver some stuff there Thursday or Friday night. Or I will ship if shipping is practical. Or pick up in Pittsburgh. Let me know your interest
Heathkit SB-200 amp. This has had a B+ toggle switch added to the front panel with red and green pilot lights to indicate B+ on or off. Neatly done but still a mod. Untested and as-is. $350. I will test this soon.
Swan 1500Z amp. A direct clone of the Heathkit SB-200. Uses 2 572Bs. All original and looks great. Untested and as-is. $450. I will test this as soon as I have time.
National NC-240D. Looks original but the two 1/4 inch jacks on the front have been removed for unknown reasons--easily returned to original. The paint is good. Dial works as it should. It has the famous pewter feet. A kludgey electrolytic replacement has been attempted --probably many years ago-- and looks crappy. But this is pretty easily set right. Untested. $120
RME 50. Rare model for RME. Working okay but receive-ability declines as frequency increases! Nice looking. All original I think. $160
SX-101/HT32 pair. Decent looking, original and working with problems. You can transmit and receive on most bands. But some things don't work and they obviously need restored. Buy both and I'll throw in the T/R relay I was using. $330
Kenwood TS-520S. Looks okay and works okay. Has some circuit board mod in it that I don't recognize and don't want to remove. Strong smell of nicotine inside, though front panel is not yellowed. $270
Navy WWII RAL receiver. Huge beast with AC power supply mod. Not bad looking and front panel is original. $200
Army Tank radio as seen in the movie FURY. BC-603/604 pair. Pretty much original. No holes or any visible mods. Nice looking. No accessories. No crystals in the crystal drawer. $200
National N-173. Has some paint dings but looks quite nice. Unrestored and as-is. $173
Boonton 82AD modulation meter for AM or FM. Absolutely great and way cool station accessory. Look it up online to see the deal. Working as designed. $200
National NC-300 with matching speaker and original manual. Works pretty well and looks pretty good. $200
National NC-300 VHF converter cabinet with 2 meter and 5 meter converters. Nice looking. Untested. $120
Howard radio. I think this is the 835 but I'm not sure. The cabinet has rounded edges and there is a brushed metal strip around the bottom. Small knobs are not original. But this thing looks nice--though the german silver is flaking off of the dial face. Untseted. As-is. $100
Howard 830 radio. This is the smaller one with the four brushed metal strips running across the top and sides of the cabinet. Dial cover is out of the set and is in poor shape around the edges needed to glue it back in. Otherwise looks unmodified and original except for knobs. Knobs may or may not be right--I am not sure. Untested. $80
Lysco 600 transmaster with the rare 200 tuner that uses a 47 pilot lamp to indicate RF output! Has a few small paint dings but a really nice looking transmitter. 807 final amp. CW. Xtal or built-in VFO. Build your own modulator. All original. Untested. $180
Eico 751 power supply for 753 transmitter or similar. Untested. Heavy iron. $40
National power supply. I think this went with the NCX-500. Might have gone with the NCX-1000. Not sure and no model number on it. Looks great. Untested. Heavy. $60
OK, so that's it for now.
