[ForSale-Swap] NOS Eimac SK2210 socket/SK2216 chimney, other amp parts

NOS Eimac SK2210 socket (grid at chassis ground version) and SK2216 chimney 
for 8877/3CX1500A7: everything appears to be there except the toe clamps for 
the chimney. Includes what I think are the correct ceramic standoffs needed 
to convert the socket to an equivalent of the SK2200 insulated version. 
Asking $175 shipped CONUS for the set. (RF Parts lists a _used_ SK2210 for 
$144.95 + shipping and an SK2216 (not sure if new or used) for $29.95 + 
shipping.)
