HT3, Receives Well, But Doesn't Transmit,
  +F-A and L-R buttons same as HT2.

{Bought HTs 1&2, from same source,
  both of which initially worked all phases; Then, for no apparent reason, 
FA&LR buttons on HT2, quit working:
HT3, came from another source;
  When powered up, it Automatically went into transmit;
  but now, it only receives;
  And FA&LR Buttons change nothing:
  (Either HT1, or HT2, came to me with a damaged back,
  I found another one but of a different color.}
