SurplusSales.com describes theirs "Roller inductor. Internal pinch
roller design. 0.2 - 50 µH, 5 kw, 10 amps. Coil: 36 turns, 3/32" x 1/2"
wide silver plated edgewound copper, 5-1/4" diameter. Coil is 0.094”
thick. 5 turns per inch, 9" long. 4-1/2" diameter - 72XL037 sprocket on
drive-end for motor. 3/8" shaft. 6" diameter x 15" long overall dimensions."

I was going to put this at the base of my 43' vertical to add inductance
on 80 & 160m but I'm unlikely to get to that project. (The plan was to
remotely tune it using a pair of selsyn/sychronous motors.)
