Hello,

I have several pieces of equipment For Sale. I will send pictures to serious enquires. I will also do a video of the quipment working and post to you tube or email to you. I will accept Paypal only. Equipment will be double boxed at the UPS store and buyer will pay for shipping in addition to sales price. There will be little or no negotiation as to price. I have done research on eBay sales past and present for these items to come up with fair prices.

1. Icom R-8500. This is the export model of the 8500 that has no frequency gaps. The dial lamps have been replaced and are not the original. They were replaced with Radio Shack lamps. The radio was sent last year to a repair shop in Dallas to be brought up to specs and gone over. I will give you that info. $900.00

2. JRC NRD-535D with the matching speaker; one extra filter that I think is the CW filter installed. And the RTTY tuning aide, I foget what the model number is. $850.00 ( I am calculating 150.00 for the speaker, they are rare and 700.00 for the radio. I will not split.)

3. Kenwood TS-480SAT. No mic, box, or original manual. I do have printed manual from the internet. The case has some scratches on it for being used mobile. When I bought it, it would not transmit. I sent it to the same repair place in Dallas and had it repaired and gone over. Apparently, the previous owner tried to hook up an input into the mic connector for PSK-31 and shorted a transistor. $600.00

4. Hallicrafters SX-100 MkII. This radio spent 40 years or so in a closet. It is in MUSEUM QUALITY condition. I have had it for 5 years. When I first got it, I replaced the power cord then I brought it up to 110 volts over a 24 hour period with a Variac. I listened to it for several hours then put it on a shelf. I will send pictures of the radio but I will not turn it on again. I have seen SX-100's of much lesser quality go for over $500.00. I want $750.00. You are going to have to really want this radio. If, the radio will be going to a bona fide radio museum then I will be willing to negotiate the price.

I have been a ham a ham for the last 47 years. I am good at my present QTH for the past 17 years. I will be glad to give references from the local ham community including the President of the local ham club, SARA, the Shreveport Amateur Radio Association. For full disclosure, I am a Private Investigator in private practice and I will do my due dligence prior to making any deal. I say this to warn off any potential skam artist or dead beat. If you want to come to the Shreveport-Bossier area, you can inspect the equipment.
