ICOM IC-02AT handheld FM transceiver covering 144-148 MHz includes copy of manual & schematic  
ICOM BC-74A transformer for charging battery
ICOM CP-11 power supply that plugs into cigarette lighter
Rubber Duck antenna
Comet M-24B magnetic base mount antenna with cable (covers 146 & 440 MHz)

IC-02AT works fine for mobile operation with cigarette lighter adapter but battery does not hold charge for purely portable operation.
