I didn't see any rebate, and just put it in my cart for 99 bucks.

 

I didn't actually buy it though I got too many computers already.

 

I agree with you on the rebates though, I never use the rebated price as a
sales price,

Cause they will try and get out of paying the rebate any way they can, that
is how they make

Money.

 

After the first time I was screwed on my rebate (different company) I read
everything on the form,

Make copies and check off all required documents as I put them in the
envelope and haven't been

Burned since.

 

A large computer company with blue shirts and tan pants was sued for
deceptive rebate policies

Pretty recently and lost so I  never look at the rebated price and just put
it in my mind as 

If I receive it I am ahead of the game if not I still got the deal I wanted.

Nice looking, BUT

with "Tiger Direct"   CYA! 

Double read all parts of ANY REBATES, print out 4 copies of EACH PIECE OF
PAPER 

then have an attorney read each item if you are going a "REBATE" type
purchase.

Due to the fact that I did not INCLUDE (2) TWO copies (ORIGINALS) of the
sale 

for the rebate I lost $245.00 on one purchase. (Photo Copies not accepted!)

My $0.02 on "Tiger Direct"
