[ForSale-Swap] WTB: Rohn top section and base plate

Am looking for a top section of Rohn tower, and a base plate - prefer
one of the hinged base's, but any could work.  Am willing to meet you
anywhere within 100 or so miles of the DC area (or possibly ship, if you
have a base plate only).
