Manufacturer Unknown Open (L-shaped) frame linear power supplies 6" x 3" x 2" with attached 
2 wire polarized line cord, 120V 60 Hz AC input; internal 1A line fuse. 
  There is a relay that switches the 3 voltage outputs. Six-pin SIL output 
connector with a matching cable to pigtails. 
  The wires are: GND, +5V switched, -5V switched, relay (gnd to operate),
+12 switched, and +12 constant (for the relay).   Just guessing from the
780X series regulators, I would think that the +12 and +5 outputs are
good for about an amp. and the -5, which regulator is unheatsinked,
perhaps a couple hundred mA -- $10 ea.  (5 units available)
