[ForSale-Swap] WTB: portable QRP rig or shortwave RX

As the title says, I'm looking for a small inexpensive portable multiband HF
QRP rig (CW TX, don't need SSB/voice) or shortwave RX with SSB/CW capability.
It doesn't have to be Altoids size, but it needs to be small enough to fit in
a small duffel/gym style bag or backpack along with lunch and a few other
items. (Somewhere around the size of a generic clock radio if that helps.)

I'm not really interested in a "DC to daylight" rig like the IC-703 or FT-817
as I'm too spartan/minimalist for them and they're likely far beyond the
budget for this project. (An old Index QRP+ might be a possibility though.)

Cosmetics are not important as long as the rig hasn't been abused. In fact, I
would prefer not to have a "shelf queen" due to the likelyhood of dust/dirt
exposure. Minor operational/electronic issues are also not a problem if
priced accordingly. Price is a factor due to the aforementioned environmental
issues.

What's out there?

TNX/73, Al
