I have a Midland LMR handheld Model # 70-165-48B.

This is VHF model and is currently programmed in the 152 MHz range and does
transmit.

I don't have a battery with it but it does have rubber ducky and keypad on
the front of radio.

I think it was once programmed for our volunteer rural fire department.
