I have for sale an Icom T8A triband HT (6m/2m/70cm) in good condition.  It
does 5 watts on high power and 500mw on low power and has wideband receive
including the FM broadcast band.  It comes with the antenna, wall charger,
and 2 batteries.  One is a battery bought new a month or so ago, and the
other is a Batteries America high capacity battery that holds a decent
charge.  The HT works fine and doesn't have a manual but you can find that
on-line.

I am asking $120 shipped for it in the US and international shipping is
always possible.
