[ForSale-Swap] What the heck is going on here ?

It is probably the ISP sending out mail they "held" while doing a system 
upgrade, repair or anti-virus clean up procedure. Mail is still received by 
the ISP, but held on a HD for later delivery.

It is just possible that somebody there forgot, or failed, to send the mail 
being held out when it should have gone out. Then somebody discovered it and 
sent it out some days later.

It is also possible that some of the filters being used by the ISP set this 
mail aside due to something being detected that seemed suspicious. Once 
again someone failed to send the mail out after it had passed inspection by 
whomever was in charge of doing said inspection.

In any event, this certainly appears to be an OOPS! on the part of the ISP.

If it were a modration hold, then all subscribers would be affected equally.
