"The *MFJ-1045C* receiver preselector covers 1.8 to 54 MHz and
lets you copy weak signals. It rejects out-of-band signals, images
with up to 20 dB gain. Gain control. Dual gate MOSFET, bipolar
transistors for low noise, high gain. Connects 2 antennas and 2
receivers."

I got this when I thought I was getting a Kenwood TH-F6A and
wanted to test its impact, and protection of the front-end,
on the SW receive side.  Plans changed.
