[ForSale-Swap] ICOM IC-207 & Nicholas Cerreto

Hi Folks!
I have opened a Dispute with PayPal so as to help move this issue along with
Nicholas Cerreto.  Many thanks for those who provided me with their
experiences and wisdom.  I compressed the email chain, removing only spaces
and carriage returns in my claim of dispute in order to fit it into the 1000
character field along with my introductory comments/complaint.  I hope that
this gets resolved promptly and successfully.  

If others have had issues with him in the past, I would like to know about
it.  This may be needed if I ask for PayPal to adjudicate the issue.
