These capacitors are used but good and were made by the Industrial  
Condenser Corporation of Chicago.
They are supplied with mounting hardware.

8 (eight) 4 MFD @ 2KV measuring approx 3X6X2 inches ---- $20 each or  
$150 for all eight

2 (two)  3MFD @ 4KV measuring approx 4X8X4 inches  ----  $50 each

I don't need these because I am going to solid state amps.
Note that these are NOT electrolytics.
