Hi All, I'm Looking for a, 
*1Ear with mic setup, _with values similar to those of the mic in the radio, so that I only have to plug and unplug, rather than changeing menu items.
*The Mic and earphone plugs can be installed on to existing wire ends, so long as I know the pin outs.
*Existing workable PTT switch/either in line or on set itself, would be nice but not necessary, as either vox can be used, or a switch added.
*Speciffic model numbers, if you have them please,
