ELECTRO-VOICE Model 674 Dynamic Cardioid "Continuous-C" Microphone.

Said to be the "Upgrade" mic to the famous EV-664 (smoother sound 
curves, more-rugged chrome finish, same bases and connectors).

Often paired with with older Collins and Drake gear.

For the price they are sold as-is and untested.  Pics on request.
