You probably don't need any parts, just a good clean and lube. You can use this
as a basic guideline on what to look for:

There are some differences in the construction of the 7-line PTO mech, but the
basic idea is there. One point worth mentioning is that you don't want to
loosen the nut securing the outer dial scale if you can avoid it, or you will
have hours of fun lining the dials back up to track together properly. You will
need to remove a small C-clip that secures the concentric shafts together.

Access to the 7-line PTO is actually fairly easy, info also in the above
archive.
TriFlow or Phil Woods bicycle greases are good choices, but too much TiFlow can
actually make the PTO a little stiff. Other PTFE based greases should work fine
as well.
I guess I should photo document it the next time I do one...
