I have for sale 2 of the 3 pieces for the 706 separation kit. I have the mobile mounting bracket (with screws) and the separation cable, but am missing the faceplate bracket.  This might be enough for your remote mounting, depending on how your setup is.  You can buy this piece by itself, also.
