If you want to be a big gun on 2m FM, this rig is for you!! I have for sale another Yaesu FT3000M that does 70 watts out on 2m (just sold one a few weeks ago). It also has wideband receive, covering the 70cm band and 800mhz so you can listen to the police frequencies. It hears very well on 70cm and I have been it on the FM satellites with good results. This radio comes with the hand mic, manual, and power cord. It will also do crossband repeat from 70cm to 2m in case you need some extra power to get into the repeater while using your HT. You can even control the rig with the TTP on your HT.
