I have for sale a Mini-Circuits POS-150 Voltage Controlled Oscillator module.

This is used but works 100%

Frequency:    75 to 150MHz
Tune Volts:    1 to 16VDC
Supply Volts: 12VDC

I had this in a box with a tuning pot. I replaced it with a different range.

Nice signal generator.
