For sale or possible trade- a Kachina model MP-25 HF/SSB Manpack transceiver. Comes with MP-25-psc power supply/battery charger, folding whip antenna, dc power connector, phone type headset, backpack and manuals. The appearance of this radio is excellent. operationally it seems to work well, with good receive and full power output into a 50 ohm load and battery seems to hold charge well. Covers from 2-15 mhz with digital frequency selection. Has built in antenna tuner for whip, long wire and coax antennas. $650.00 plus shipping or possible trade for small newer HF mobile rig or other hf equipment. The rig is heavy, 25-35 lbs.
