[ForSale-Swap] Need USB Equivalent Cable To Yaesu CT62.Or USB2SerialAdapter

Hi All, My current laptop has no serial port, I have a Yaesu FT817ND and CT62 Programming Serial Cable.
If there's a USB equivalent, I'd like to get hold of it.  If there's Not, and you've got a working USB-Serial Cord Or Adapter Box that you'd sell or swap, please advise.  Thanks, Danny Dyer, Wb4idu.
