I have for sale 2 of the Yaesu CT62A programming cables for the Yaesu FT857/897/817 radios.  They sell new at Texas Towers for $29 plus shipping, I will take $15 shipped for each one, or $25 shipped for both.

I also have the 6 pin Mini DIN cable that fits into the Signalink SL-1 soundcard interface.  It should also fit the rigblaster as it has the RJ45 plug on the other end. You could also cut the plug off and put on any other connector you need.  I am asking $10 shipped for it.
