It appears that these are Rohn 20.

They also are not "clean" but have some surface corrosion.

One of the straight sections is not complete - would be suitable
as a base section in concrete.

He is asking $15. each for the tapered top and the three straight
sections and $10. for the partial section.  He welcomes offers,
especially for the lot.
