This item is 100% functional and in very good cosmetic condition.
There is some very light scratching on the case. I have photos if
interested but it is barely noticeable, especially if you don't dust
your shack too often!

No power cord or connecting cables. It uses a standard wall wort type
supply with a center positive coaxial plug, 12 VDC.
