I have for sale a Yaesu FP1023 switching PS which does 23 amps at 13.8 volts.  It is small, compact, and lightweight, and has 5 way binding posts on the back.  Also comes with the power cord to plug into the wall.  You can read more about it here:

It has a few scratches on the case but works just fine and looks ok overall.
