I have for sale the Kenwood YK-88C-1 500hz CW for $60 plus shipping, the Kenwood YG-455-C-1 500hz for $80 plus shipping, and the INRAD #22 (250hz at 8.83IF) for $70 plus shipping.  These will work in the TS850/450/690/930/940 series of radios.  The YK88C-1 and the INRAD will also work in the TS570, and the YG-455-C1 will work in the TS140/680 radios.
