Put them on fleabay Byron. I have sold some very early Western Electric 
point contact transistors for $50-$75 apiece over the past few years.

The buyers were collectors of early transistors and semiconductors. Yes, 
people collect everything.

I worked with a ham who traveled a lot worldwide and collected barf bags 
(unused).
