OH Come on,

He apologized, he is in the USA, you didn't give him a warning. He is 
helping hams that can't build for themselves, he is offering an antenna for 
sale. Don't react out of anger, give him a warning. let him advertise maybe 
every other month.

I view this better than the used antennas that were made outside the USA.
