Found a bunch of these VHF-UHF whatchamacallit modules. Appear to be some 
kind of oscillator-multiplier.
The long doghouse on one end appears to be some sort of bandpass filter. I 
took a torch to one and the pieces are pictured.
One unit has 2 each 2N3866 transistors, 1 each MRF313, 1 each Motorola 
C581(?) and 1 each 2N4920.
The other has 2 each 2N3866 transistors, 1 each SRF5051, 1 each Motorola 
R581(?) and 1 each 2N4920.
I have only opened 1 of each type unit, so transistor P/N's may vary.Units 
are on machined aluminum castings. Each unit has 8 each gold plated EFJ 
piston capacitors.
Lots if other good parts too.
Would guess 300-400 mhz range units, but am not sure.
1 of each unit, $10.00 plus shipping.
