[ForSale-Swap] FS: Kenwood TH-31BT 220MHz HT, needs some TLC

Howdy,

I have a Kenwood TH-31BT 220MHz HT for sale.  I bought this when I was a
Novice back in 1990 or so.  It hasn't seen much use since about 1992.
This was actually the first radio I bought after getting my ticket, but
I recently picked up a TH-F6A, so I really can't justify keeping this
one around anymore.  I have the alkaline cell holder (That's what I
tested it with, but more about that later), 2 NiCd packs, and the
charger as well.

Here are the issues with the Radio.
1) It needs the antenna connector replaced.  I can key up the repeaters
around here with it, but only if I unscrew the antenna and hold it in
the connector cockeyed, so I know it is OK functionally other than that.
2) There is a small crack on the bottom in the part of the case that
holds the battery pack in.  From what I've read about this radio, that
is fairly common.  It still holds a battery pack just fine.
3) Both of the NiCd packs need to be rebuilt with new cells
