[ForSale-Swap] HOW TO SHIP A BOATANCHOR

I have received a few precious boatanchor rigs in damaged condition -
not because the carrier mishandled them, but because they were not
properly packed for shipment.  I decided to write up the method I use
for shipping boatanchors (and other radios) as a reference for others.
 While this may not be an optimum method, I will claim that every item
I've shipped has arrived without any damage, so I must be doing
something right.  I invite comments and suggestions for improvement to
this method, and I hope it is of some value to those who ship - or
receive - ham equipment.
