[ForSale-Swap] for sale Amaritron AL-811H and LDG tuner

Hi all, I have for sale a very close to new Amaritron AL811H amplifier, 
about 800 watts out, and an LDG AT-1000 antenna tuner, that can take up to 
1000 watts.
Both were purchased about a month ago and sat in the boxes until about 2 
weeks ago, I hooked them up and they work, but where I'm setup I just can't 
get full enjoyment out of them. I'm setup in the corner of the bedroom and 
between the insufficient grounding on the second floor, for RF, and I'm 
probably pushing the circuit breaker with everything I have in here, and on 
1 band I'm getting RFI complaints and that's where I'd be likely to use it 
most, I figure it's best to just sell it. I don't have room anyway I could 
work on all that but the fact is, I don't think We're staying here more than 
a couple more years and it's just not worth the time and effort to get that 
all straightened out and then to have to pack it all up and move later along 
with all the other equipment I have here. Then I may have to go through all 
that again, it's just not worth it. I was  happy with out an amp for 13 
years I won't miss it. I'd say it's got maybe 2 hours of use at the absolute 
most. I have boxes and manuals for the amp and tuner. I bought both brand 
new, who ever buys this is pretty much getting the same thing but tested.
I'm asking $1050 for the package plus help with shipping. I'll split it up 
if the amp goes first, but the tuner will not go first. I'm open to 
reasonable offers, I have enough radio equipment now, but if someone wants 
to try a partial or full trade if it's reasonably close to value and 
condition, try me, I'm always up to trying a different peace of ham gear. 
You might be pleasantly surprised.
