While the mainframe is available, it has bad decade switches, the power 
supply is dead, and it's heavy ... but if you care to pay packing and 
shipping (probably $50+), it's 'free' ...

The good parts are:

1.) RF module RFM-10D, the variable attenuator - $20
2.) nom. 3" o'scope deviation monitor module - $25
3.) frequency deviation indicator meter module - $15
4.) outboard DFM-1 discriminator f. monitor meter, (1.5, 5, 15 kc) - $10
5.) repair & service module jumpers PC-2652 & 2653 - $10 each, $25 for 
pair
6.) assorted pico fuses and input protector blocks such as SM-112A - 
free with other order; otherwise $5
7.) seven asst. in-line input attenuators - 20, 30, 40, & 50db ratings 
- $2 each or $10 for four

I'm not sure if I ever had a manual - can't find it at the mo', if I 
did.  Make offers; it's sell or scrap, at this point - had to make room 
for my equally old but still-working CE-5 (for which I  could use a 
manual ...)
