Collins Radio Company “Modern Communication Techniques” speech. This is a mimeographed speech copy attached to a letter on letterhead dated February 20, 1956. The letter says: “Dear Distributor: The attached speech, ‘Modern Communication Techniques’ is intended to promote a greater understanding of the theory and advantages of SSB. It was written by R. C. Miedke, design engineer and group head for Amateur equipment, and is given at hamfests and similar meetings.” The speech is accompanied by charts and graphs and how to do a two-tone test. Very interesting. $19
