[ForSale-Swap] Factory Restore Disk - Additional Info

Greetings to all,


In an attempt to clear up a couple of minor misunderstandings, I'm
re-posting.

Please excuse me if I seem a bit rough, but it's been a long week :-(


I'm looking for the restore disk for the Dimension 4700. Not the 4600,
4500, or others.

Secondly, unless the recovery partition was personally installed by Bill
Gates or Michael Dell in an as yet-to-be-discovered file format/method,
I can't find anything remotely resembling a recovery partition. The F11
restore doesn't work on this particular box, as it does with other
Dells.  OS is Win XP Home SP2.

Lastly, I don't have the time to spend an hour or so with someone in
another country explaining that I don't need heaven and earth moved,
just a CD, so if anyone knows which number to call at Dell to
specifically order a CD from, please ask them to quit hiding it on their
website, and/or forward it to me.
