Oh boy! If they become a bank, we taxpayers can bail them out! Those baseball cards will become collateral for the FDIC.
Actually our country's citizens have tremendous assets, like baseball cards, collector comics, porcelain figurines, and restored collectors cars. And most importantly, boatanchor radios.
Hell, we're not broke, just illiquid
BTW, the credit card they offer (not the debit card), isn't that theirs, or is it a branded card from Chase?
Also EBay is offering deferred payments. Is that through PayPal?
