IIRC, the 1500 has a SINAD meter built in.......also tuning with a Sinad
meter is not the easiest...use your ears...
Faster and easier that way....once you get it peaked to where you don't hear
any improvement, then you can look at the Sinad meter for actual
measurement; but I quit using a Helper 30yrs ago.

Hi Gang,
Have been performing sensitivity tests (12 dB SINAD) on some receivers
using a IFR-1500 Service Monitor. I see there's a device, the Sinadder 3
made by "Helper Instruments" which would make things a little easier for me.
Anyone have one that's not being used anymore? Whatcha got? Maybe
another model or mfr?
