223.5 is the National Simplex Freq....but it is allowed in contest I THINK
since there is little activity nationwide on it...
Alternates would be 223.52 and 48 as well as 54 and 46......

Whats the basic simplex frequency used in contests? 223.50?

I need the TX xtal since its drifted and cant get it trimmed in any 
longer.
