Radio works but needs some TLC.
Bad ground (?) causing microphonics.
Main tuning cap went bad and previous owner replaced with an improper 
cap. Radio tunes backwards!
I have acquired the proper cap (NIB) and is included as is some paper 
work. Cabinet is in good shape with some of the paint flaked off on 
the top in the rear.
