Hello,

I am looking for some MRF901 or equivalent transistors for building experimental microwave oscillators. I have built oscillators for as high as 4GHz with these so any higher freq transistors will do also. Thanks!

I could buy them maybe from a dealer but if your like me..maybe this is something you have laying around that you will never use. I am willing to pay going price.
