[ForSale-Swap] WTB: RELM / PATRIOT SOFTWARE

   I am still running Patriot and Relm Commercial radios in my vehicle for Emergency Management. We also still have several in service in our Rural Fire Service. 
   The ones in my vehicle are the RPM-150 and RPM-450. I need to change some frequencies in them , due to changing our EOC and other entity and agency equipment from our recent Flood and Chemical Spill Federal Disaster.
   I am looking for a source to buy the software and hardware to program these radios.
   I have been unable to locate a dealer in my area that stocks either the software or hardware. 
   Even a diagram of an interface would help. I also understand that the software runs under DOS. Does anyone know if there is a later version. All the machines I have run Windows XP.
   Any information would be greatly appreciated.
