Heath Part description for Part #443-61 is Quad Bilateral Switch.
Quad Bilateral Switches:
MC4016P
MC14016B
CD4016BC
CD4066BC
For pins on the MC series, IN1,OUT1, CONTROL1, etc. 2,3,4
For pins on the CD series, IN1, OUT1, CONTROL A, etc. 2/B, 3/C,4/D
The pins for the MC and the CD series are indentical. The data you show
below for the MC4016 is the 'Programmable Modulo-N Counter'. It's not the
"quad bilateral switch".
