Recently became involved in ARES and need an HT.

I would like to find a cheap dual band rig.  Must have tones and 5 watts 
out. Or close anyway, no milliwatt rigs please.   AA battery pack preferred.

Would also consider an HTX 202 and HTX 404 pair.
